It is a written, transferable warranty covering our installation labor on roofing and siding projects — separate from, and on top of, whatever the manufacturer warrants on the material itself. Material defects are rare. Installation defects are the common cause of failure, so that is the part we put in writing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are registered with the Pennsylvania Attorney General as contractor PA193451 and carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance on every job. Certificates are furnished on request — and you should ask every contractor you consider for them.
