The short version
We collect the information you give us so we can quote and complete your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it to lead brokers. If you want it deleted, email info@topdogexteriors.com and we will delete it.
What we collect
- Information you submit. Name, phone number, email address, property address, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and anything you type into a message or estimate field.
- Instant roof quote inputs. The address and roof details you enter, plus the estimate the tool produced, so our team can pick up where you left off.
- Basic technical data. Your browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you viewed. This is standard web-server and analytics information.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare an estimate.
- To schedule and complete work you have hired us for.
- To register manufacturer warranties in your name.
- To follow up about your project, and — only if you asked us to — to send occasional offers.
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your estimate and project. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and we do not share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate. Our email delivery provider, website host, and — if you request it — our third-party financing partner. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
- Manufacturers, when registering a warranty in your name.
- Your insurance carrier, when you have asked us to assist with a claim.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what it needs to function. If analytics are enabled, they are used to understand aggregate traffic patterns, not to build a profile of you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to three years so we can pick up a conversation you restart. Project records — contracts, photographs, warranty registrations — are kept as long as the warranty runs, plus the period required by Pennsylvania law.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@topdogexteriors.com or call (412) 438-8364 and we will handle it. There is no form to fill out and no fee.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We limit access to customer information to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we do not retain anything we do not need.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
