Yes. Both the T595 track loader and the E35 mini excavator are available bare, on daily, weekly and monthly terms, delivered on our trailer. We require operator qualification and proof of insurance before release — call and we will tell you exactly what we need, usually a certificate of insurance naming us as additional insured.
Machine plus our 40-year-experienced operator is quoted hourly, half-day or full-day depending on the work, with delivery and trailer time stated up front. For most residential drainage, grading and footing jobs, a half day or a full day covers it. Call (412) 438-8364 for current rates.
We deliver and pick up on our own trailer throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area — and delivery and pickup are free on weekly rentals within 25 miles of Bethel Park. Machines arrive fueled, greased and inspected, with a documented condition report signed at drop-off and again at pickup.
The E35 is 5 ft 9 in wide, which clears most standard South Hills side yards and gates. The T595 is wider and needs a driveway or side-yard path. We confirm access before scheduling so nobody discovers a problem the morning of delivery — send us a photo of the tightest point and we will tell you honestly.
Far less than you would expect. The T595 rides at about 5.1 psi ground pressure on rubber tracks — lower than a person standing on one foot. That is precisely why we bought a track machine rather than a wheeled skid steer. On soft or saturated ground we also mat the travel path.
Machines are delivered full and returned at the delivered level, same as a rental car. If it comes back short, we refuel it and bill the difference at cost — no inflated refueling penalty.
Call us immediately. Mechanical failure is our problem, not yours — we will get it running or swap the machine, and we do not bill for downtime that was not caused by misuse. Damage from misuse or from operating outside the machine’s rated capacity is the renter’s responsibility, which is why we require proof of insurance.
We also handle grading, drainage, footings and demolition — often on the same visit as your concrete or deck project.
