How our offers work
- One seasonal offer plus one service discount. Our military, first responder and senior discount stacks with the current seasonal offer for your service. Two percentage discounts do not stack with each other.
- Full replacements, not repairs. Most offers require a full replacement project above a stated dollar threshold, because that is where the efficiencies that fund the offer actually exist.
- Financing is subject to credit approval through our lending partner. Rates, terms and qualifying amounts are set by the lender and disclosed in your loan documents before you sign anything.
- Insurance claims are quoted at scope. We will document damage, meet your adjuster and write a line-item scope — but we will not discount a job to cover your deductible. Pennsylvania law prohibits it, and a contractor willing to break that law will break others.
