Pricing shown anywhere on this site — including the instant roof quote tool and every cost range in our FAQs — is a good-faith budget estimate, not an offer and not a contract. Actual pricing depends on conditions that can only be confirmed on site: decking and sheathing condition, ventilation, flashing details, layer counts, access, permit requirements and current material costs. The only binding number is the one in a signed written proposal.

Promotional offers

Offers are subject to the qualifying terms published alongside them, cannot be combined except where stated, and may be modified or withdrawn. Financing is provided by a third-party lender and is subject to credit approval; rates and terms are set by the lender and disclosed in your loan documents. Top Dog Exteriors LLC is not a lender.

Warranty information

Manufacturer warranty terms described on this site reflect published coverage at the time of writing and are summarised for readability. Manufacturers change their terms. Your actual warranty certificate governs in every case, and we provide it at project completion. Our own workmanship warranty is defined in your written contract.
