    We walk the property, identify grade, discharge points and access constraints, and tell you what is actually causing the water problem.

    PA One Call

    Every dig gets a Pennsylvania One Call ticket. No exceptions — it is the law and it is how you avoid hitting a gas line.

  3. 03

    Scope & rate

    Fixed-price scope for site work, or a clear hourly/daily rate for rentals. Delivery, fuel and trailer time stated up front.

  4. 04

    Execute

    Track machine on the lawn, minimal disturbance, spoil hauled off or spread as agreed.

  5. 05

    Restore

    Finish grade, topsoil and seed or straw as specified. We leave the yard better than the hole we made in it.

Can I rent just the Bobcat without an operator?

Yes. Both the T595 track loader and the E35 mini excavator are available bare on daily, weekly and monthly terms, delivered on our trailer. We do require operator qualification and proof of insurance before release — call us and we will tell you exactly what we need.

What does machine-with-operator cost?

Machine plus our 40-year operator is quoted hourly, half-day or full-day depending on the job, with delivery and trailer time stated up front. For most residential drainage, grading and footing work a half day or full day covers it. Call for current rates.

Will the machine tear up my lawn?

Far less than you would expect. The T595 rides on rubber tracks at about 5.1 psi ground pressure — lower than a person standing on one foot — which is precisely why we bought a track machine instead of a wheeled skid steer. On soft ground we also mat the travel path.

Will the excavator fit through my gate?

Usually. The E35 is 5 ft 9 in wide, which clears most standard South Hills side yards and gates. We measure access before scheduling so nobody discovers a problem the morning of.

My basement is wet. Is that an excavation job?

Often it is a gutter and downspout discharge job first, and an excavation job second — which is why we do both. We start by looking at where roof water actually goes. If it is dumping at the foundation, burying the discharge is cheaper and more effective than most interior solutions.

Do you call before you dig?

Always. Every excavation gets a Pennsylvania One Call ticket before a bucket touches the ground. It is legally required and it is the difference between a routine trench and a very bad afternoon.
