Design consult
We walk the yard, take grade and door-height measurements, and talk through how you actually use the space — grill, table, hot tub, dogs, stairs. Every deck we quote comes with full professional drawings, so you are approving a plan rather than a description.

Board and railing selection
Full-size TimberTech and Trex samples in your hand, in your light, against your siding. Color reads completely differently on a screen.

Permit & layout
We pull the municipal permit and stake the footing layout. Bethel Park, Mt. Lebanon and Peters Township all inspect differently — we know each.

Amish crew build
Footings, framing, ledger flashing, decking, borders, railing, lighting. Hidden fasteners throughout so nothing shows on the walking surface.

Final inspection & warranty
Municipal final inspection, site cleanup, and your manufacturer warranty registered in your name.
