Excavation & footings
Our own machines dig and pour footings below frost line. Inspected before backfill.

Frame, roof, dry-in
Framed, sheathed, roofed and weather-tight as fast as possible so the existing house is never exposed.

Siding, trim, gutters, windows and doors matched to the existing home, then interior finish coordination through final inspection.
