We set elevations so water runs away from the house. This one decision matters more than the finish.

Excavate & compact
Our own machines dig to depth and compact the stone base in lifts. This is the step budget contractors skip.

Form & reinforce
Forms set to grade, rebar or mesh placed on chairs — not laid on the dirt and pulled up "later".

Pour & finish
Air-entrained mix specified for freeze-thaw, screeded, floated and finished to the specified texture.

Joint, cure & seal
Control joints cut on schedule, cure managed, and sealer applied when the slab is ready for it.
